The Ground-based Laser Ceilometer TDWL-015H ground-based laser ceilometer is a cloud height measurement device for meteorological observation and aviation safety applications. Based on a photon-counting co-aperture transceiver lidar system, it achieves multi-layer cloud detection within 15km. It features cloud height and cloud amount statistics, vertical visibility, atmospheric boundary layer, and backscatter profile detection.
